工程與服務
該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為全國首例帶鎖扣(kou)超長(chang)管(guan)(guan)幕(mu)施工(gong)(gong)。隧道下穿動(dong)車車輛段工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),隧道總長(chang)182米。地(di)層以粉(fen)質粘土及(ji)卵石土為主。施工(gong)(gong)采用南北兩(liang)端(duan)對(dui)(dui)打(中部錯(cuo)口對(dui)(dui)接)、管(guan)(guan)幕(mu)焊接鎖扣(kou)(公母扣(kou))封閉成(cheng)環,鋼管(guan)(guan)頂進過(guo)程(cheng)中且采用面(mian)向角導向方法控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)頂進精(jing)度,并通過(guo)出土量控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、及(ji)時對(dui)(dui)管(guan)(guan)內進行混凝土灌注以及(ji)現場同步(bu)施工(gong)(gong)監測等綜(zong)合措(cuo)施有效控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)地(di)表沉降(jiang)。攻(gong)克了長(chang)距離(li)管(guan)(guan)幕(mu)施工(gong)(gong)精(jing)度及(ji)地(di)表沉降(jiang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)兩(liang)個關鍵性技術(shu)難題。
