北京(jing)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)木樨園(yuan)橋南站(zhan)~大紅門站(zhan)區間(jian)采用(yong)礦山(shan)法(fa)施(shi)工。左(zuo)右線(xian)(xian)向(xiang)南均下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)涼水河(he)后(hou)下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)既有(you)(you)(you)10號(hao)線(xian)(xian)盾(dun)構區間(jian)。既有(you)(you)(you)10號(hao)線(xian)(xian)盾(dun)構區間(jian)距離(li)開(kai)挖(wa)拱頂(ding)約2.5m,線(xian)(xian)間(jian)距11m,掌子面(mian)距離(li)盾(dun)構區間(jian)水平距離(li)最近8m。該下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)既有(you)(you)(you)盾(dun)構區間(jian)范圍,地(di)(di)層(ceng)復雜,多(duo)為粉質粘(zhan)土、粉細砂層(ceng),存在(zai)潛水。該工程是首次采用(yong)小口徑鎖(suo)扣(kou)管(guan)幕作為超前(qian)支護(hu)主要措施(shi)下穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)運營(ying)線(xian)(xian)路,目前(qian)左(zuo)右線(xian)(xian)管(guan)幕均已(yi)完成。左(zuo)線(xian)(xian)初(chu)支施(shi)工還剩余3米未(wei)開(kai)挖(wa)。 我公(gong)司從“出土量、注漿、變(bian)形監測、頂(ding)進(jin)(jin)速度(du)(du)”多(duo)角(jiao)度(du)(du)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)沉降控制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)精度(du)(du)控制(zhi)(zhi),減少了地(di)(di)層(ceng)擾動,使(shi)沉降變(bian)形控制(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)3mm以內,保證了既有(you)(you)(you)線(xian)(xian)的正常(chang)運營(ying)。
